1. Are you able to fix units that do not power on at all? We have used different power adapters, tried the various "button" methods and nothing works. It is likely a hardware component. There is no physical damage to a couple of them, they just don't power on at all.

3. Also I'd like to know what exactly is meant by the 90 day warranty? If for example we needed a cracked screen replaced and when we get the machine back if something on the screen doesn't work or the unit doesn't boot up into windows, do we get a full refund? I'd like to see the terms of your warranty.
