Hi Sergio, for water damage repairs, we don't charge a fee if we can't recover your data. So please send your device in and let our techs take a look at it. As far as reselling value, we would have to see it first, but keep in mind that even if the glass and housing are in amazing shape, they are still affected by the water damage.
