Q: hi, for no apparent reason my surface pro 5 laptop does not turn on any more. i tried all of the recommended steps with no success. i have 4 years worth of effort to install all my dev tools fin this laptop. how much does it cost to diagnose ihe issue first and tell me the issue and cost to repair if you can repair thanks.
