Q: I have a surface go2. It crashed and went into windows logo loop. After shutting down, and trying to drawing battery to reboot it no longer boots up. Charger looks to be charging but does not react. I received this with a previously cracked screen, could this be due to the screen? I tried to connect to a dock to an external monitor but nothing.
