I was wondering if you guys are offer to replace the Surface Pro 3 Fan, mine has some issues and will randomly start making very loud throbbing/grinding noises during heavier use. And if you do, could you offer an estimate on how much it might cost?

Your best bet at this point is to send it in for Surface Pro 3 Diagnostic. The fan may just need cleaning or an adjustment; we'd have to take a look at it to know for sure. We'd inspect the device, see what repairs are needed, and contact you for approval to proceed. Microsoft has recommended making sure all your drivers and updates are current to other users with this issue. Also, always use the kickstand for efficient cooling.
