Q: My iPhone 5s was soaked in water for an hour cause I didn't notice my brother knocked a cup of water over onto it while it was laying on the table. I went to turn it on after after drying it with a towel and trying to put it in rice but it wouldn't turn on.. it still hasn't turned on and it's been two months. I was wondering what was wrong with it and if there was any way possible to get it fixed and how much the coast would be? Please get back to me as soon as you can, thank you.
