Q: My iPhone 6s was in fresh water for 15 seconds, no deeper than 12 inches. Rice didn't work and it does not start. This happened on my way to Italy 5 days ago and I'm now in Italy for 7 weeks. I would like to use your service. For sure I can mail the phone to you, but after that, I'm not sure. Italy may want to tax it if you mail it back to me. What would you suggest? Are you pretty confident it can be repaired?
