Q: My phone has a cracked screen and was dropped in water. I wasn't able to get it to turn off in time, before it shut down, from what I assume was a short. Is it possible to get this fixed, as I need access to the authenticator app on the device. I don't need a complete repair, but if it can get it to working condition that would be great.
