on my ipad pro 12.9 1st gen the glass digitzer is cracked. However the LCD still works fine and you cannot really see much of the cracked glass when the ipad is on. Is it possible to replace the glass only? It is not worth the $299 as I could probably get a used one for that

Unfortunately the price is the price because the part cost is high on the iPad Pro 12.9” devices. There’s nothing we can do to lower the price, sorry.
