Q: What happens if I send you my MacBook Air but for some reason you aren't able to repair it? Also, I tried turning off my MacBook when the spill happened but I accidentally turned it back on. The screen popped up and when I went to click shut down it just went blank and I don't know if it's off. I just left it because I didn't want to keep messing with it.
